⚠ GeoFlow is provided AS-IS with no refunds. Use the free tier to evaluate before purchasing. By using GeoFlow you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GeoFlow ("the Service") at geoflow.studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
GeoFlow is a browser-based spatial data conversion tool. The free tier operates entirely client-side. Pro and Desktop tiers require an account and a valid license key obtained through a paid subscription.
3. Payments and Refund Policy
All subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. GeoFlow is sold AS-IS with no refunds. Before purchasing, use the free tier to fully evaluate the product. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
- No refunds will be issued for partial months
- No refunds will be issued for unused subscription time
- Cancellation does not trigger a refund
4. License Keys
Upon subscribing, a license key is issued to your registered email address. Keys are non-transferable and activate on up to 2 devices. Attempting to share, resell, or circumvent license key validation is a violation of these terms and will result in immediate termination of your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use GeoFlow to:
- Process data you do not own or have rights to
- Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent usage limits
- Automate requests in a way that degrades service for other users
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service
6. Data Privacy
The free tier processes all data 100% client-side — nothing is transmitted to our servers. Pro Web processes data in-memory during conversion; no file content is stored. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. GEOFLOW MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GEOFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
